Must be 18 years or older. Must show evidence of opioid withdrawal - Please discontinue substance use by at least midnight on the day prior to your arrival. Do not arrive under the influence of any substances. Admission fee is $25 (Cash or CC) Plan to be at the clinic for several hours. Bring Idenrtifiation (ID card, DL, Passport, and Military ID card are all acceptable) and proof of SSN. We highly recommend that you call the clinic and speak to a counselor before you schedule your appointment so that we can make sure you are a candidate for admission into our program.
